Devon, at Coastal Kolors, has been doing my hair for a few years now and she is AMAZING!!! I can't recommend her enough!! I've been having her do a balayage on my hair, and occasionally adding some dark back into it for dimension. I get sooooooo many compliments on my hair, since she's been doing it!!
