I picked Industry Air off a google search. Upon calling I was Greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The person on the other end ask for A short summary of what I needed. My call was returned shortly after by the owner Aaron Cloyd. Aaron showed up with two HVAC techs and gave me a quote on the work that I needed done with a gas fireplace and a time was set for them to do the work. Always friendly with great service
I spoke to Aaron about a problem I was having and he was so gracious and patient and professional on the phone he helped me with my problem and talked me through it. Turns outtout, he didn't need to come to my house but I would use him in a minute if I was to have another problem. It's nice to know there are still honest people with excellent customer service!
