Good workout and the staff is very friendly. Only issue I have is 15 minutes of the work is instruction. I think having some intro classes would help to teach people, but then the majority of classes should be intermediate level where we just get to work.
Did a couple of drop in’s this week. I really loved the “halo” setup and having my own workout area with all the equipment I needed. The staff were super friendly - and really enjoyed being coached by Stephen both drop ins- he explained everything perfectly. Great programming as well for the two days I was there! Will definitely be dropping in here again next time I’m in Seattle!
AWESOME Place to work out! They have top notch programming, friendly coaches, and the equipment / layout is superb. Big fan of the work out efficiency and the brand itself. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gym. Thanks SLU team for an amazing customer experience.
I rarely write reviews, but joining Industrious about six months ago was one of my best decisions. Expect the most productive 50 minutes of your day with supportive coaching and great music (fun mixes)! I joined to complement my endurance training with strength. Their workouts encouraged me to carefully step out of my comfort zone, and because of that, I am stronger, more confident in the squat rack, and a faster runner (that was a pleasant surprise). I cannot thank the coaching staff enough for their warm support!
