Excellent service from Peter, Simon, Tyler and everyone else at Guaranteed for a 3rd floor mural heat pump install. Will certainly use them for future work. Edit: many thanks to Ahmad as well for installing our heat pump and troubleshooting some issues. Was very patient answering all my technical questions which was appreciated.

They will refuse servicing their own installation because another technician touched it. [edit] I purchased a home with their system (installed March 2021). When I had issues, I hired another contractor who was fine with me getting a second opinion. I contacted them willing to pay their $500 diagnostic fee. They refused - their policy won’t service their own installation once another company touches it. As a new homeowner, I had no way of knowing this policy existed.
