Very poor service. No response to few e-mails since early June 2025.
Guaranteed has always come through for me for my properties, especially Peter Shapiro. Great service with Peter, Patrick at commercial dispatch , and all the technicians. They recently replaced my office central AC and the job was smooth and seamless and I’m loving the new AC. So much more efficient and quieter than my previous one and works great.
