I had my ears pierced today with Brad and he was extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and aftercare clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. The studio was very clean and hygienic, and all the equipment was properly sterilised, which I really appreciated. The piercing was quick and precise, and he checked in with me the whole time to make sure I was okay. I'd definitely go back to Brad for any future piercings and recommend him to friends and family.
