Okay, so here's the thing, I love this place. Maintenance is always super prompt, the staff is always friendly, and everything is really well designed and put together. I've been living here for a few years, and I've recently been noticing that there's always one elevator that seems to be breaking down, which I could live with. But, the rent is what actually kills. I am going on to 2 years living at Industrie and I love living here. With state of the art amenities, including a gym and roof top deck, and friendly and accommodating staff. Grateful to call Industrie home.
The Industrie Apartments is even better on the inside. The premises are well designed and provide the home and comfort at just the right price. It is very clean and efficient so coming home is a joy. The views are good, the gym is fabulous and my neighbors are happy, too. The management is completely considerate and helpful regarding any and all of my concerns which are very few. They all care about the tenants. It's great being downtown in a lovely home.
I have loved living here the last year! All the staff is super friendly and I feel like they truly desire for Industrie to be a great place to live and they have succeeded in that! The building, hallways and parking are always so clean and clutter free. The location here is unbeatable! Walking distance to so many local bars, concert venues, restaurants and can’t forget the Albany Skyway that takes you to the Hudson River trail! If anyone is looking for a new place to call home, check out Industrie Apartments! The building is kept clean, the neighborhood is safe, and the property management take great pride and care in making sure all tenants’ needs are met. Additionally, something unique about this apartment is that they host regularly-scheduled social gatherings to build a community. Would highly recommend this property if anyone is moving to the Downtown Albany area.
