I recently leased a unit from Indurent very polite staff from the first enquiry, Engagement Manager Carola was exceptionally professional and a credit to Indurent.

I called indurent to enquire about a unit and was advised I would get a call back. Instead I received an email response from Indurent advising "we are unable to accommodate the use of our units for automotive purposes." So if you are motor trade, you won't want to bother with this company because they perceive the industry as unworthy of their properties.
I have been in a unit managed by indurent for 8 years. I have been trying to get them to contact me for 5 weeks now about renewing my lease. I would have more joy contacting the mars rover via carrier pigeon. They don't seem interested in small businesses.
