Their prices are ok. The counter help could be better. Most of the guys 'behind the counter' know exactly what they are doing, but they are usually on the telephone helping BIG customers with orders that require shipping. That leaves the younger, less knowledgeable guy at the counter. For example, I stopped in there for some TIG Torch parts (cups, tungstens, etc) ... the poor guy was baffled. He had to have me come around the counter to help him find everything. He is a good guy and genuinely want's to help folks, I just don... read more

No tank rentals, just sales, but I got the gas and tank I needed in less than 5 minutes, they live up to their claim about 'everything you need under one roof'. Tank price was a bit on the high side but I'd rather support a local business over a monopoly in the making.
