Amazing customer service, I was having an issue with my welder and needed a rough idea on an estimate, knowing very well something like that could be hard to get over the phone. Not only did he give me a few ideas on pricing he also helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem over the phone.
Arnie takes care of all the repairs for my company and after working together for 5 or so years, I can honestly say that he is one of the most patient, hard working and just a good guy all around. Never seen him become greedy, and to top it all, hes damn good at what he does. Hats off to you and your team Arnie!
