Asked them to come out and look at forklift it was backfiring. Technician came was there 45 minutes verified by our cameras, walked into my office where i was in a meeting and told me the unit was junk and i should just buy a new one from them. Charged me for 2 hours when he was only here 45 minutes. i would not recommend them!
What a joke of a company.
We rent Toyota Forklifts from I.T.S whenever we need forklifts in the Saskatchewan or Manitoba. Great Service.
