Great customer service.
Horrible. I approached them about writing a CAD program and 3D printing for my small company and provided them with the specs for a custom component I require. For the next week I contacted them at least 3 times and spoke to Max, asking to sit down and discuss my project. Finally I went back to the place of business to retrieve my proprietary info only to discover that they could not provide it. I was told at that time that it was either "lost" or "thrown away".
