I had such a great experience getting my rook and helix pierced with Brynn. I was feeling really nervous leading up to it, but both Brynn and Yana were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. The piercings look stunning, I absolutely love them! Thank you for such a positive experience ☺️ I’ll definitely be coming back!
