Stan and his team is great! His team is very efficient and responsive.
I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they were able to fix an issue with my Google Nest thermometer & AC unit. I would use them again for any HVAC issues!
Since they want to delete my comment on Facebook instead of responding to horrific customer service now I'll leave my review here. October 15th I call about a malfunctioning refrigerator, Stan Jr comes out to do a service call. All he does is check for frosted coils and reprograms the thermostat, which did not do anything to fix the problem. He never checked refrigerant levels or the compressor. If he did I would have known the compressor was bad and could have ordered a new one before the holidays came around, it took anoth... read more
