I can not recommend this company or its UCO GEAR affiliate. After repeated attempts to inquire about a delayed order over the last three weeks they do not return email or voice mail.
*****UPDATE***** Brooke the VP of sales got in touch with me after the run around documented below. She was very knowledgeable about the product I was trying to get support for. She identified the issue and resolved it promptly. I am really happy she got the situation straightened out as I have been using the tea light candle lantern for 2 decades (carried one down the AT in winter) and now the full size to heat the back of my camper in winter. Great products for camping, outdoors or any adventure! Can buy most of their products at REI, Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse.
They have great porducts that are unique and very well made. Excellent service when I needed it as well. I highly recommend the company and their products.
