I cannot recommend this company. We could not get past an initial phone call. Very rude, impatient woman answering the phone. She asked some questions I just could not answer offhand about the HVAC system in the house. I asked for a better explanation. All I heard was huffing and puffing on the other end of the phone. This is not how you treat potential customers. I have let your referral source know how this call went.
This company is simply the best duct cleaning group in the tri-state area. i spoke with over 20 companies, interviewed 10 on site and Bill and his crew are the ultimate professionals who know exactly what they are doing, follow the best safety procedures, and do their job. My job was complex and they explained every step, showed me photos of the work and it took exactly the time budgeted. Highly recommend.
