Industrial Polymers has been a great partner of ours and their technical support is excellent. One day I had some questions about products for my line of business and the owner spent almost 2 hours with me explaining what they could and would do to help our small company. We don’t purchase tens of thousands of dollars in product from them, yet they make us feel like we do.
used their products for 9 years now . always willing to help us out. always an email away. always has my back. would love to leaner more of their products.. the product videos are awesome.
Industrial Polymers is not forthcoming with safety information such as safety data sheets. They will only provide these to companies that have purchased their products and not to 3rd party consultants trying to help achieve safety goals and prevent occupational illnesses.
Nice products but you need to use them quickly as they have a short shelf life. Minus 1 star because of the overpriced shipping that hinders the benefits of buying from them.
Great casting products. Fair prices, fantastic technical advice. They manufacture polymers right here in Houston, no shipping stuff in from the East Coast! Use their polymers daily in the production of Sewer-Saver precast concrete products, the polymers hold up great to our harsh physical environment.
