Friendly staff! Happy I was able to find a local store for PLA plastic rolls. Great selection of fillaments!
I bought filament here for my classroom 3D printer. Quality and selection were great, they have all kinds of other cool stuff, and the service was so friendly and helpful! Will be back.
As someone with no prior experience working with plastics, their team guided me through selecting the best option for my event. I had a small miscommunication around sizing, and they were incredibly quick to resolve it with care and professionalism. Excellent customer service and a very understanding team. 10/10 recommend.
While the staff is friendly and professional, their PLA filament is not good for 3D printing. The spools are always tangled and have caused me problems with multiple different 3D printers. They need to be properly spun so they are not getting snagged. I've spent hours removing parts from my printers just to clean clogged nozzles because the tangled spools would not pull correctly. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this has happened too many times I cannot just ignore. 1/5 stars.
Abbi was extremely helpful and kind. she is by far the most knowledgeable person to talk to about anything plastic! i’ve never felt welcomed in a store like i did when i spoke to abbi. she is truly professional and deserves a raise!
