The guys in the warehouse are polite and helpful. The lady at the checkout desk needs to smile and be a little more friendly. She needs to act like she likes working there.

Totally unreliable and do not care about you or your business. ordered some steel a week prior to the job I had to do in Tucson, on the day we were supposed to get the material I got a call saying that they didn't know where to deliver my material. On my invoice it was clearly stated that it was to be delivered to Tucson but they were going to send it to Phoenix. I asked the cashier where there silicon bronze shot is and he stared at me judging if I were worth his time helping then abruptly so NO. That was very rude and there website is misleading, one time it tricked me into ordering twice as much steel as I needed. There are some nice people here but if you can I would avoid it.
