I put in an online quote for metal and they never call you, then you call and they never answer their phones.... whatever their pricing is probably way too expensive anyway anyways
Great customer service
I needed some 1/4” steel and found a large piece in the Rem’s section, perfect. Headed to the counter where we were asked to lift the plate on to the scales - not really a reasonable request when the plate weighed nearly 100lbs and the scales were on a high counter, after struggling for a few minutes, and no offer of help, we declared it was too heavy for us to lift, so they eventually measured the plate and calculated the size; on reflection, I don’t think the sales assistant had any comprehension of the weight she was aski... read more
