IMS is always a good experience. I arrived to pick up my order, texted which parking spot I was in, and about 20 mins later, my order came out. A little wait, but they were busy, and the employee apologized for the delay. Told him I wasn't in any hurry, so it was no big deal. Always friendly and courteous, and the store is always clean.
The guys in the warehouse are polite and helpful. The lady at the checkout desk needs to smile and be a little more friendly. She needs to act like she likes working there.
