Dr. Ransom in the Jamestown, NY, office was horrible ! She was very rude to me and my girlfriend. She did not care about my opinion because i am not my child's biological father. I was not allowed to say anything at all regarding my child or her case. I do not recommend this agency... Nor do i recommend Dr. Ransom. Horrible, disrespectful and very unprofessional.
