I have to admit that when I read these reviews, I was so afraid of going to my appointment today. However, my experience was vastly different! I had 2 back to back appointments in the morning for social security/disability. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. The lady at the desk was wonderful to deal with. I was in and out of both appointments so quickly but I never felt rushed. I truly hope more people have the same experience as I did.
Awful place to do anything. If you can avoid going here, please do. It’s like they strive to be as unpleasant as possible. The nurse practitioner is unnecessarily confrontational. My head moved a little and she thought I was shaking my head at her and confronted me about it. Asking if it was a tick or something. Hard to believe anyone there still is employed after all these countless reviews. Someone’s making money off of contracts and doesn’t care about the staff or the patients. The front desk that I spoke was so unprofessional. No help was given.
Horrible place to do any type of pre employment, waited 3 hours. The lady at the window is beyond rude and unprofessional!
