Been on hold to reschedule an appointment for over 20! Minutes. I've heard the line click 6 times, meaning they are deliberately putting my call on hold. I've worked in this field. Unless it's an emergency, NO ONE should allow a call to go on calling for a half hour on hold! Extremely unprofessional!!!! I'd give half a star if I could.
Met with a Dr I think Praw Indian guy felt like I was meeting with a NYC street bum. IMA is total trash typical government contracting. Total trash doctors and staff.
