If you’re scheduled here, change it. Took time off work and drove an hour to get imaging done for my VA claim and had things scheduled from 8:30 and on for a few hours. Their hours say they are open at 8:00 and their door says 8:30. Nobody was at the office at ALL. When I called they say I’m not even in their system and it’s not their problem that nobody is there within their advertised working hours. I had a drug test scheduled for my new job and this IMA didn’t care to inform me that they were understaffed and cannot take my test, so I was told to come back another day. Definitely call them ahead of time on the same day..
I just wanna start off by saying Julie was the nicest girl ever. If it wasn’t for her I would have gave this place 1 star. Augustina is the reason I wrote a review. I never wrote a bad review but her attitude and rudeness was over the edge. I don’t know what’s going on in her life but she needs to leave it at home.
TERRIBLE !! The Ladies up there have serious attitude problems and need to be evaluated. Makes zero sense how rude and miserable they are. I called to be let in and was hung up on because i didn’t have a mask, got a mask , and still proceeded to be treated terribly. The white lady in the front is the worst all together. Gloria , their manager condones this behavior as well.
Absolutely atrocious. Came in for a drug test. Would not give me a mask because I was there for a test and not as a patient. Almost didn’t let me in. They gave me no information about the process of said test. When I asked what was going on and why the needed my I.D for the entirety of the my visit, the woman told me I can go somewhere else.
