Great staff, organized practice. Hardly any wait. Staff is knowledgeable and very clear to explain whatever questions you have. Its great. But the reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because I regret IMMENSELY giving these people my phone number… i don’t know if its the third party apps they use or what, but I have NEVER received more spam calls than Right After I visited them!!! Went for a wellness check. Told dr. Martin symptoms I’ve been having, she responds with “I’m confused”. She didn’t ask to clarify of what was wrong and didn’t do any further test. Had to wait 3 weeks because she kept forgetting to review my basic blood work that I needed for an endoscopy. They want the insurance and that’s it. This is a predatory Clinic for the elderly.
I just called them to see if they accept new patients and also because my BlueCrossBlueHealth said they accepted my insurance. i just wanted to ask a few questions and the rude annoyed women said right away before my questions and said "sorry we cant accept that insurance now we already have to many of those" ok? so even though they do accept it she said they wont just because they have too many patients with that specific insurance! wow ok !!!!! she said try again in 2026!? girl are you that ignorant ? yeah ill put my healt... read more
