I called to receive an estimate and as soon as I spoke spanish recepcionist clicked on me without saying a word. I understand if you dont speak the language but you can politely say in english "sorry i dont speak spanish" NOT just hang up on me like without any consideration. Losing the company thousands. Will take my business elsewhere!
