I ordered a small part for a Lincoln grease system through their website. Not knowing where it would ship from I chose 2-day shipping, which just so happen to cost as much as the fitting. The next morning I received a phone call from Amanda saying that the branch located in Tyler had the fitting I needed and that she could change the shipping charges to ground rate since it would still get to me in two days.
