How is this place in business? It’s ran like a sinking ship. The guy Steve has no idea what’s going on and it seems like he’s chasing his tail, I was in there today and there was another customer complaint about the same things I was.
Industrial Ladder & Supply in Spring Lake Park - Purchased a double ladder rack and had them install. After getting home I notice that the mounting bolts that secure the rack to the truck were loose. After closer inspection, I found that the incorrect length of bolt to secure the rack to the truck was used. Found bolts that were too short for the nylon nut and only finger tight. I had to spend the time to go to Menards to get the correct length of bolts. Also found several other bolts that were not properly tightened. To fur... read more
