Excellent customer service. If your test instruments need calibration, this is the place you need.
They sent my meter after calibrating it and it never showed up. The VP took a photo of the tracking and sent to me instead of sending the link. I never received my meter and they did basically nothing to locate it through UPS. Will never use this place nor will I recommend them. Should have given a 1/2 star
Lost clamp meter and still charged for calibration and didn’t give a refund for calibration or the meter that they lost. Pathetic customer service. Don’t recommend this place whatsoever. The VP of the company just said oh well basically. Well deserved review…
They do customers wrong so the least I could do is give this 1 star review for charging us a calibration for a meter that we never received.
Always have what I need.
