If I could give zero stars I would for sure! Been sitting in the drive thru with no one here when I pulled up and still waiting! It’s been probably 15 minutes. It’s like this every time I come to this branch (Crawfordsville) !!! I love our local one in our community but this one is for the birds!!
my loans were pose 2 come out automatically and didnt i just paid 1 n now they say other 1 didnt come out either i am so mad
We have been members of the credit union for many many years but currently live out of state. Last week on a visit to the area, we brought our three kids in to open up Kids Club accounts for them. Over the course of the week all three kids have gotten a hand written card in the mail from Jessica, the sweet girl that opened our accounts for us. It's the little things IFCU does that matter, and it's why we will be members for life no matter how far away we are.
