I needed a unique bolt so found this business on a Google search. I called them and they were extremely helpful! When I went into the business same-day, they located the matching bolt and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes. Extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this business!!
They ignore there employees and they make the sales team lie to customers
Actually I'm Dan Dettwyler, not my wife Carlene as this post incicates, and I usually don't leave reviews. However, I was in need of a couple rare fasteners. Diane and Alyssa, very knowledgeable of the fastener world, "bent over backwards" until they found the product that met my need. Excellent service!!

What a positive experience I had today at Industrial Fasteners in Salem, Oregon. Diane and Ray helped me with a specific fastener I needed for my 20 year old motorcycle project I am working on.
