Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I placed an order for a custom credenza on 9/17/2021. The item was finished on 4/11/2022 but they forgot to include lockable file drawers and a lockable hidden compartment. Item rebuilt and shipped on 5/9/2022. The item was delivered 5/25/2022, damaged as only the base was in a crate and the rest covered with cardboard and Saran Wrap. The hidden compartment was not lockable.
