Our dept dropped off our fire truck power generator (electric motor for a generator) at this shop almost three years ago. We were told the repair would take about a month. Since then, we’ve checked in every few months for the first 18 months, but the manager is almost never there, "supposedly", and our calls are never returned. We went by in person over 5 times.
