Industrial CrossFit is amazing! All of their coaches are great, they take the time to help you if you don’t know what you are doing and help to modify and scale where you need it. I have only been here 3 weeks but I feel really grateful to go to this place to become a stronger version of myself. Highly recommend if you are looking for a CrossFit gym and also Lady Fit is a great program for women who want to lift with less cardio.

I generally feel very out of place in gyms, especially group classes, so I usually opt for working out at home. However, I decided to try cross fit for the first time ever. As someone with health issues and pre existing injuries, I can honestly say everyone here is extremely kind, accepting, and made me feel welcome. Everyone is on their own level and the instructor made sure I didn't feel self conscious about just starting out. Just a great environment all the way around and a solid workout that got my whole body moving.
