I have been working out at Industrial CrossFit for about one and a half months now. I really love this gym. From the first day, people here are very friendly, and the workouts are hard but not too hard to try. Kat and Janeen are AMAZING coaches. They know a lot, always help, and watch to make sure we move the right way and stay safe. They always cheer for us and make me feel strong and happy to come to the gym. Awesome community, excellent coaching, welcoming environment, and no shame in scaling to each person’s ability. Don’t be intimidated! Definitely try it!
I’ve been coming to Industrial CrossFit for 2 months now and I’m mad at myself for not joining sooner! The coaches are all super supportive and knowledgeable, they offer plenty of modifications so you can safely scale your workout as needed, and all of the athletes are so kind! I’ve been tracking my workouts and I’m already seeing some strength gains. If you’re looking to try CrossFit, I can’t recommend Industrial enough!
