Their initials are extremely confusing, probably should rethink sharing their initials with a government agency, or putting the full company name on their uniforms.

The Owner was extremely rude and vulgar towards our company over something simply wasn't our fault. His language and business edict just isn't right to do business with. We'll never use them ever again.

I had been struggling with a home-based elevator for months and could not find anyone to come to the house to fix the problem.
