This would have to be the worst bearing supplier I’ve had to deal with. 3 weeks wait on parts that never turned up, rude and LAZY attitude with there staff. Maybe if they employed respectful people who want to be at work, then they would get good reviews. I’ll be going back to ABC bearings prices are much better and they actually have stock, not just rely on their “suppliers”
Needed bearings and seals. Other trailer places and auto not able to help match. Odd set. This was no problem for them. They needed to order extra, as I got a few. Order arrived as they said. Great service. Will use again and recommend them.
Outstanding customer service and well spoken on the phone promptly found my parts also priced matched and excellent delivery, I don't know.who the guy was on the phone but he needs some praise for his excellent efforts, very happy and will be back again thanks guys keep up the good work
As a first time user I was very pleasantly surprised. Communication was fantastic, the transaction progressed super smoothly, arrived in a ridiculously fast time, well packaged and undamaged. I will not hesitate in the slightest to deal with you again as I have the need to.
