Deposited several thousand dollars into this bank's checking account years ago. Years later, without any prior notice, the money was handed over to the New York State government as unclaimed property. Other banks prioritize customer service, value their account holders, and even offer cash bonuses for new accounts. But this bank transferred customer's money to the state's account without notification, which creates unnecessary trouble. What a ridiculous bank.

位于八大道57亍工商銀行是美国境外属于中国经营的海外銀行:它的经营手法和规条可说是手赎过多而另前往銀行的客户带来很多不必要的规条和时间上的不便:所以在这方面我也曾质疑他们的业务规条是过于守旧和狹窄根本不能迎合快捷和方便的速度去迎接客户的须求:因此在这方面我曾在上星期到工商銀行办理开户手赎:当日銀行职员说了几个规条都是另新客户难以应付和花费的时间太不充份:正如若要开一个一仟伍佰元的支票户口大通銀行会同时发出一张自动提款咭给顾客:但证件方面须要工咭和身份证明:我认为这是非常合理的登记手赎:但到了笫二则他须要新开户者必须带备由政府办理的身份证明还要註有住屋地址和煤气单:水费单:电费单也必须同样註有住屋地址和政府发出的医疗证明信也要附带地址:事实上面对以上这么多的繁复手赎根本对很多人来说都不能办到的:如租住别人的楼宇根本是不能拿出所有水电费和煤气的缴款单:因此我当天根本没有时间去办理这么多的特殊证件:到了最后我只好向銀行改办一个普通儲畜户口但是想不到也是同样须要政府发出的地址证明信和连带地址的个人身份证件:在无可奈何之下我走向55亍大通銀行办理新开户手赎当时我只须出示一张拍有照片的新份证明和一张社会安全咭也只是花了十五分钟时间:銀行职员已连同銀行提款咭... read more

banker is so stingy he doesn’t wanna answer any question even open new account also I don’t know why I open new account they need passport (green card ) and ID to verify then you can open new account IS it meaning our ID is fake can not verify the person lmao
