Mr. Yongheng Guan is the services specialist who used his lunch time to assist me to open an account. He is friendly and knowledgeable, who patiently answered all of my questions and also reminded me of tricks and tips that I was not aware of. He even reminded me of avoiding a ticket in the public parking lot which is immediately next to the ICBC bank. I am very impressed by the staff and customer service at this ICBC branch.
