The service was incredibly inefficient, and most of the staff were unfriendly, rude, and overconfident.
Pemium for super visa was pretty reasonable, but comes with a downside. Their refund decision could take 30-60 days or even more due to lack of staff (as per their email). I'm still waiting for my refund which I submitted during early April. With no direct billing option with the medical practitioners, I was thinking what would have happened if the hospital bill was massive. Is this a standard plan in Canada?
