This is a ZERO star review. Bought a Landry center from CAS and this became the company that allegedly backs their Lemon-Aid policy. In 3 years I’ve had this unit serviced 5 separate times. Each time the service person left before the issue was fully solved (it was the spin cycle, not at the beginning in the Rinse cycle, which meant they would have to stay longer at appointment). I would give this company ZERO stars. Both the agent and the customer service are terrible. I cannot make a claim under my group insurance because they carelessly entered my personal information incorrectly (my first name and email address) in the system. I tried contacting both my agent/broker and customer service, but they each replied that there is nothing they can do to help or correct it on their end. So who is supposed to help me?
Worst insurance company, takes weeks to reimburse. When the claim is missing something they start all over again and another few weeks for reimburse…
