I would give this company ZERO stars. Both the agent and the customer service are terrible. I cannot make a claim under my group insurance because they carelessly entered my personal information incorrectly (my first name and email address) in the system. I tried contacting both my agent/broker and customer service, but they each replied that there is nothing they can do to help or correct it on their end. So who is supposed to help me?
Worst insurance company, takes weeks to reimburse. When the claim is missing something they start all over again and another few weeks for reimburse…
Made a mistake on my RRSP withdrawal and gave me a large tax bill. Then refused to help change the tax form which is practially the easiest thing to do 😡😡😡
The service was incredibly inefficient, and most of the staff were unfriendly, rude, and overconfident.
