I was truly surprised to see so many negative reviews — they do not reflect my experience at all. My experience with iA Dealer Services (car Extended Warranty), genuinely exceeded my expectations. The process they use is designed to confuse you and make claim submission so difficult that you just give up
I am a doctor.....I had horrible experience. Lost 80k because I trusted the broker. Broker also didn't know his stuff. It seems like he also found out what the policy was actually about after I got screwed (I have my doubts that he didnt know). If you are going with this company, make sure you actually take the documents and contracts you are signing to a lawyer, pay the 2K lawyer fees, sit with them and understand EVERY single term. DO NOT TRUST ANY BROKER OR IA unless you understand what you are getting into with a lawyer.... read more
