The process they use is designed to confuse you and make claim submission so difficult that you just give up
I am a doctor.....I had horrible experience. Lost 80k because I trusted the broker. Broker also didn't know his stuff. It seems like he also found out what the policy was actually about after I got screwed (I have my doubts that he didnt know). If you are going with this company, make sure you actually take the documents and contracts you are signing to a lawyer, pay the 2K lawyer fees, sit with them and understand EVERY single term. DO NOT TRUST ANY BROKER OR IA unless you understand what you are getting into with a lawyer.... read more

IA medical insurance is the worst insurance company in Canada, I spent too much money with them. William is one of the managers on this company; he is useless I spent 3 hours on the phone with them for no use, today I spent an hour for no use. They let me pay more than I should pay and they are aware that this is there mistake not mine. They even wanted to send me a-few dollars so they sent it to a wrong bank account. They’re definitely useless. They hire stupid people
