I booked a service with Mr Goodair based on their advertised focus on professionalism, trust, and quality. However, the technician who attended identified as being from Industrial Air, which was not communicated at the time of booking. While I understand Industrial Air supplies equipment, sending a technician to perform a service visit does not excuse the fact that the experience fell far short of the standards implied by Mr Goodair’s advertising and website imagery. Great Service and quality products.
Was charged for the amount they couldn’t finish the job, wasted the time even though they knew the unit is not compatible with the controller they are about to install, and still send invoice for the extended time the technician spend which is not more than 30 mins but claims he have login for more than an hour at my place and keep messaging everyday asking for payment while their so called manager Ben couldn’t reply emails about the payment query, what a ripoff
Very unreliable. 40 degree day and my aircon isn’t working. I waited 2 days to be booked in and then they didn’t show up. Do not recommend.
