Was charged for the amount they couldn’t finish the job, wasted the time even though they knew the unit is not compatible with the controller they are about to install, and still send invoice for the extended time the technician spend which is not more than 30 mins but claims he have login for more than an hour at my place and keep messaging everyday asking for payment while their so called manager Ben couldn’t reply emails about the payment query, what a ripoff
Very unreliable. 40 degree day and my aircon isn’t working. I waited 2 days to be booked in and then they didn’t show up. Do not recommend.

Best aircon fixing company you will find in Adelaide!! Our central unit was broken for 3 months (during unbearable heatwaves). We had FOUR different trade persons coming and trying to fix the issue, always coming up with an excuse to avoid the job. Industrial Air fixed it same day, on spot. They are professional, customer focused and hard workers. Thanks guys!
