IndusTrack latest software has all the features we have been waiting on. Now the have the hardwired GPS, CRM, Dispatching, time tracking, estimation, and invoicing in one simple software. We are happy that we stick with them throughout the years.
Service has been great. Implementation was easy. We did not have to pay for setup, training, or support. We choose the product because of personalized service from Industrack.
We have been using industrack for 8 years. They have helped us save a lot in labor cost.
Industrack is great! They have a great product and excellent customer service.
If an option of 1/4 Star was available I would have selected that. We have been with the company over a year and can’t wait until the contract ends. For what the cost is per month you would think tracking your equipment would be more simple. Loss of data, double vehicles on map, constant updates and changes makes this tracking software difficult to operate.
