Extremely disappointing experience with the claim process. I regret taking this health insurance policy. My claim has been pending for almost 2 months, even though I have submitted all the required hospital documents, settlement papers, bank details, cheque book, bank statement, PAN card, and other requested documents multiple times. The most frustrating part is that my claim was shown as “Approved” twice, but later it was moved back to “Query”.
