⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute incompetency in claim processing! My vehicle sat at a service centre for 40 days and IndusInd General Insurance couldn’t process a straightforward claim in that time. No proactive updates, no urgency, no accountability. The vehicle is ready to be delivered but THEY still haven’t cleared the paperwork.
