No service at all, very bad coustmer service, they r not even ready to help, pls don't go for the policy
Travel insurance is a Joke. Absolutely gimmick, they just want to collect money, but don't want to entertain any claims. Not at all recommended
Will never recommend. Very bad experience, still have not yet sorted. Have been behind an approved claim since 5 months and have not yet received the money yet. Feels like being scammed by them. Really poor
