I had a disappointing experience with Reliance General Insurance, Nagpur office. My vehicle claim was handled by surveyor Avinash Binkar. Even after providing all required details, including clear photographs, my claim amount was still deducted. They mentioned the reason as “old damages” on the vehicle — but those were just minor scratches that anyone can have over time.
