customer service is very poor! No response to emails and phone calls
Behavior of these folks amounts to harassment. Medical insurance Claim is being bounced around different departments requiring different versions of documents. I will take these clowns to court for harassment. Claim submitted 2 May 2026 and to date they don’t answer with a straight face.
Pathetic car insurance, even after providing the proofs regarding accident , they deny to provide approval for full repair but only the windshield. I will be going to consumer court for ther fraud behaviour
Very bed company, during tha claim company provide pre approval after 3 days of addmission but time of discharge company rejected my claim, request to all no one purchase policy from this company.
Very bad experience for claims. Its more than 125 days. I purchased group hospital cash from phonepe.After submitting all documents till no response from co. Only sendind mail for under process. Narender kumar.
