Don't buy Reliance General Insurance (car insurance) they do harassment to the customer when your car get damaged, they took 1week to 2week to give the liability. I had 2 times very bad experience with the Surveyor HEMACHANDRA B and the Claim Manager Siddangouda Patil. My car left side bumper got damaged in the accident impact the surveyor is tellling that the bellow cut part is old damage so we don't give liabilities. If there was an option to give - star I would have selected that, worst insurance company ever experienced, it’s been 1 month since my vehicle is in service centre and these people are not taking any initiative to process the insurance claim application being a customer I have to call these people every day and have to do there jobs done not sure for what they are taking salary, pathetic service, didn’t expect this form reliance.
