Unrealistic claim procedure for Travel insurance claims.
Worst insurance provider. Does not pick calls. Have been waiting for 1 month. No resolution. They owe the insurance money with interest after 15 working days. But they haven't read their own rules and fight us on it. Frauds. Nobody buy this insurance
Bad experience with reliance insurance policy. MG ppl shouldn’t take it as mg dealer garages are not included in their garage network list. Extra payment over processing fees.
