I recently purchased a used car from this dealership - Indus Motors. At the time of purchase, I was promised a 12-month warranty. However, I did not receive any official documentation or paperwork for this warranty. After contacting the dealership, I was assured that the documents would be sent to my email. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month, I have yet to receive the promised warranty. While the car is in decent condition, the dealership has not honored its commitment, which is very disappointing.
Easy to deal with until they weren’t. Bought a car from here and had serious problems within two weeks. They failed to repair it once and when I took it back again the second time they still hadn’t fixed it after 12 days of having the car. Terrible communication. I returned the car with great difficulty in the end and lost a lot of money in the process. Avoid. These people will sell you a dodgy car and then blame you for it
