I had a very disappointing experience with Indus Medical Associates in Coachella. My lab work was declined by my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, because one of the tests was deemed experimental—even though I have their most expensive coverage. When I raised my concerns with the doctor, all I received was a request to set up an appointment. Dr. Azam is the best provider, always genuine and caring with patients. Dr Azam is thorough at explaining things, and in terms of checking one’s health. He is kind and respectful, and his medical assistant Alejandra is fast and kind as well.
