Please beware of this company. Hem Ramachandran is not even the last person you want to trust. Especially with your mortgage.
I know that when my buyers used Indus 3 years ago, they were terrible. Closing took 6 months, they didn't know even the most basic facets of mortgage lending, my realtor had to guide them through issuing a loan to their clients. It was completely ridiculous.
