Not sure how these people run a business.Getting the appointment to look at the job prior to receiving the quote was a struggle. I rebooked numerous times and they cancelled with zero communication. After sending a quote they continuously kept pushing back getting me scheduled. They dragged me around for months. They eventually ghosted via all forms of communication.
I had a laminate countertop I needed installed. This company looked like they deal mostly with stone so I made sure to ask them if they could work with laminate and they said yes. I sent photos of the jobsite including a pillar that I clarified would go straight though one of the countertops. They arrived do to an estimate and said they didn't see the pillar in the photos (it couldn't have been more clear there was a pillar) but say they can still do it. Chad & Ieshe were so incredibly kind & helpful during our kitchen countertop remodel. Our kitchen had an ugly utilitarian formica top that had begun to chip so we shopped around & obtained tons of quotes for a provider to replace it.
